Sails delivery allow up to 10 weeks delivery as all of our sails are custom made
Any boat orders are as only stock at hand, best email to confirm stock availability - freight is per boat and subject to increase dependant on location and type
Express Post - Express Post is a next day delivery service to most major cities & metro areas. Outside of these areas (including rural areas) you can expect to receive your package within 2-5 business days depending on your location. We endeavour to ship all orders within 24-48 hours.
Standard Delivery - Standard Delivery is an alternate lower cost delivery option. Delivery of items shipped using standard delivery will be within the normal Australia Post standard delivery times for your location. Estimated delivery times are shown during the check-out process on our website or visit the Australia Post website for further details (www.auspost.com.au).
If you have not received your order within 60 business days of making your purchase please email us at sales@360sails.com with your full name and order number and we will look into your delivery immediately. In most cases this means that an attempted delivery has occurred and that your parcel is waiting for you at your nearest post office for collection.

All international orders are sent with Australia Post. The delivery cost is a flat rate per order. All international orders are registered & require a signature upon delivery. In the event that an attempted delivery is made, you will be required to collect your item at your local post office. Customers will be responsible for any customs or import charges. Delivery time excludes customs clearance delays for your country.
